FTP Server Instructions
PLEASE STUFF OR ZIP ALL FILES BEFORE UPLOADING TO THE FTP.ANGFTP.COM SERVER.
Listed below are the procedures for uploading files or downloading files to the customer.

MAC USERS must have FTP software to upload or download from the AnG FTP server. If you don't have FTP software, you can install the FREE Mozilla Firefox web browser and this comes with a great FTP tool called FireFTP. Go to www.mozilla.com to download this software. Or go to www.download.com to obtain free MAC compatible FTP software. PC USERS should have no problems since FTP software is built into the Windows operating system. *Internet Explorer users: After connecting, you may receive a message that reads "To view this FTP site in Windows Explorer, click Page, and then click Open FTP Site in Windows Explorer." After following these instructions, you will be asked to enter the username and password again. This is a bug in Internet Explorer 7 that has not been corrected by Microsoft yet.

UPLOAD FILES TO: FTP. ANGFP.COM (Please name your file so it can be easily identified)
1. Go to ftp://ftp.angftp.com and enter the upload Username and Password
2. Please contatc AnG Communications Group, Inc for the current user name & password.
3. You will be in the Upload folder and can drop/upload your file here.

DOWNLOADED FILES TO CUSTOMERS
1. Go to ftp://ftp.angftp.com and enter the upload Username and Password
2. Please contatc AnG Communications Group, Inc for the current user name & password.
3. Locate your specific file in the Download folder and download this file to your computer.
Use the standard drop and drag method of moving files to and from the ftp://ftp.angftp.com Server or any FTP software program. Once you have completed your upload or download please disconnect from the ftp://ftp.angftp.com server. After uploading files, please contact AnG Communications Group, Inc to notify them that your files have been uploaded.
